John and his team were extremely professional from start to finish. Their communication before the job was excellent, they arrived on time, worked efficiently, and maintained a clean and tidy workspace. They were also polite and respectful throughout. The quality of the work is outstanding — I highly recommend them!

A favourite saying of mine is "What's rare is wonderful" and I can honestly say that saying is so very apt when it comes to my experience with John. Before I had been introduced to John I had been given the runaround for months by a different installer, so I really was at my wits end. But from my very first contact I knew this person was different. If John said he would call you by a certain date, he did, or send on information, he did. He kept me up to date throughout the process which was very reassuring. When it came to the actual installation, John and his son Lorcan were absolutely professional throughout. I can honestly say I've never come across workers so diligent and dedicated to their profession. I was replacing a lot of windows so was anxious about damage to my roof but there wasn't so much as a cracked slate and when they left, they had cleaned up so well, you wouldn't even know they had been there, except for my fantastic shiny new windows. To say I was pleased is an understatement. Thank you again John and Lorcan, forever grateful to you.

John provided an excellent, efficient service. He arrived on time and completed the job with minimum fuss and also cleaned up after the job. I’m delighted with my new Velux window. Highly recommend!

We couldn’t be happier with John’s work. He accurately explained the timeline and even got our window installed a little earlier than we’d hoped. He took great care of our house and communicated carefully. Most importantly the window has been expertly installed and looks amazing. Highly recommend John and Lorcan, hard working and highly skilled installers
